Sold my company, now what?

Last week, my business partner and I sold our company. We started a digital marketing agency, bootstrapped from us 2 to 56 FTEs. Was 52nd on Inc 5,000 in 2018 and grew about 13,000% over the last 7 years. Fortunate enough to sell to an employee owned agency, as we were looking to ESOP ourselves but the stars aligned. It was an awesome journey.My ask for other founders that have scaled and sold, what is life like for you post sale? I have 6 more months to focus on the transition and then I’m a free agent. I don’t think my mind will let me retire, but I’m not sure if I want to jump all into a venture or just do some consulting/public speaking etc.For those that have sold and could retire but didn’t, how did you decide to go all in again?
