Ever since high school, I loved entrepreneurship. Doing things entrepreneurship related made me very excited and feel alive. But in college, I was unable to find a group of friends that shared the same excitement for entrepreneurship and I never did anything myself.Last year, I joined my old friend's startup as an early employee remotely. I was super excited to be working on the startup but a year later, I am beginning to find it a chore. Sometimes I feel like the startup is going nowhere and I can barely muster the energy to work on it weekly. At the same time, I became preoccupied with an internship at a big tech company.I would love to hear some thoughts on:1) How do I deal with burnout? and when is the right time to quit if I no longer enjoy working at a startup?2) What are some factors that keep startup founders motivated to persevere through hardships for a long time? Am I missing something like "passion" lol. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
