I'm 20 and am starting an hot tub repair bussiness. I worked for my competitor for a couple years and learned everything I need to know to Start but now it's a matter of how do I compete? He's so well known in the area as the person you call to fix your spa, has hundreds of repeat customers already, fair prices, and of course 30+ years on me knowledge wise repair and bussiness.
