Real Estate

I’m sure most of you have heard of Carvana, I am working on getting my real estate license now and was wondering if anyone would have any input or software skills that would be able to put together a system like Carvana for Real Estate.Somehow they have managed to Buy/Sell and get payment plans/ loans through their company.I want to see if it would be possible to set that up for housing in a way that they can list the house and address/ info etc... and then a system can run the homes in the surrounding area to calculate pricing and a ball park offer, then like Carvana it would need to be inspected and can hold that offer if everything passes. Then be able to have the houses listed online and people be able to buy from the website if everything is approved. Obviously there is Zillow and things like that but they send leads to realtors and they are basically a middle man. So if we can tie everything into the website or the one company from listing to mortgage officer etc??Sorry one of those ideas I gotta write down while it’s somewhat clear see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
