Is this the reason why your company sucks?

There is a widely known fact that the bigger company is the slower it becomes in providing fast customer services. But this post is about small businesses like yours and mine. When I co-created my company we set a goal to be the fastest company in our field. And when I am saying fastest I don't mean to take advantage of our clients and create sh*t value. We just needed to be a bit faster than our competitors. How fast?I really hated and still do when instead of getting an answer from a real person I receive "We will respond to you within 24 hours". And then 24 hours pass with no response. I make a call, stay on hold for 5-10min. When I finally reach a human being, they have no damn clue what I am talking about. At my company, we have this rule to respond everyone within 1 hour. Or right away if possible. No matter if it is an email, live chat, or pissed of the client on a phone line - we are always all in it to help. Sometime's our clients even question us if we are AI or humans. But in general, our clients underline that they were happy with fast and good service that they receive. You might think, oh you are probably a medium-sized company with the customer service department and bla, bla, bla. No, we are just two dudes who love treating our customers as we would like to be treated ourselves.I really wish that more companies would understand how important is customer service (especially now when face-to-face contacts are limited) and would put more emphasis on genuine interest to help others.I don't know why I wrote all of this. Just wanted to share this with ya all. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
