Looking to acquire a software company. What technical questions should I ask?

I wanted to acquire the company in hopes of expanding the software and adding more features to it. I'm just looking for help is what questions I need to get answered before I move forward on anything. Looking for any red flags. I have never acquired a piece of software before so.. yeah.I have the following list so far. What am I missing?What is your tech stack? Database, server framework, cache layers, etc. Where is your data persisted/stored?Where is your website hosted?Where do you keep your source code for your Web App? (I assume a Git repository)What is your deployment / software update mechanism?Is there any kind of telemetry is in place? Metrics, error logging, etcHow up to date are your software libraries it depends on? How difficult are upgrades? Have you quantified your tech debt?
