I have a product that I want to make that is essentially two parts that already exist inside a larger mechanical item. The item is a copy of OEM, but better materials and alloys and would improve upon the initial factory design due to materials science. However, I have no clue how much crap I could be in if I produce the product. Its a pretty obscure part, and other companies have the aftermarket mechanical part housing plus internals pre assembled they sell as a distributor, whereas I want to sell the internal parts only.My next step is hiring a patent lawyer to look and see if there is a specific patent relating to this item.Other than this, I'm at a loss of what I should look for to avoid issues from the company that makes the housing or the company that uses the housing in the full product. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
