Hello all,My friend and I started a company where we help automate business processes. The company we are meeting with is worth about 2-3 Billion and if things go well, this could change our lives. However an issue that I am currently running into is how to price our solution. My cousin works there and she says that there is currently a process where they have hired 1000 employees to work on. The employees just fill out applications and that's all. If we were to automate that solution, then we would save them close to $30m per year. How would we price this though?I was thinking 40% of their yearly savings is something we could ask for. They have many departments and so we want to work to automate as many tasks as we can but how should we go about pricing this? I don't want to price too low and sell ourselves short but I don't want to not work with them by asking too high.thanks see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
