HELP Small Business Partnership tips

I have a small business about eco-friendly tote bags based in Manila. I make the design myself and print it on a tote bag. That simple. I started this last March 2021. It's not yet DTI registered.Somebody emailed to have partnership with them saying this agreement:If you will be interested to be one of our sellers - You are the who will decide what products you will put in our store - You will also decide how much inventory you will be storing in our store - You don’t have to pay for the space but we have to agree on what percentage of your sales will be given to us for our VAT and Store expenses.I really want to take this opportunity as this aligns with my lifestyle, too, but I do not have any idea on what to do. The company is legit and has already partnered with companies I know of. They want to increase the market presence of Eco-friendly products in the Philippines and help reduce plastic pollution. I don't know anyone who can help me regarding this and the business stuff. Can somebody tell me what to do and what NOT to do? Should I rise the pricing? Should I register my business sa DTI?HELP.
