Taking breaks completely drains all my focus and energy. How can I make taking breaks recharge me instead?

BackgroundI'm a solo entrepreneur working on building a mobile app, so my days consists mostly of coding.Of course I can't code for 12 or even 8 hours straight without taking a break, but breaks have the opposite effect on me as most people I think. The problemBreaks don't "recharge my batteries". I get completely knocked out of "the zone" instead, and it's very difficult to get back on track mentally, often losing focus, energy and motivation. How do you take breaks? Can anyone relate to this? Anyone who had this problem and fixed it? What did you do? I'm open to damn near anything that could help.I work out in the mornings, maybe I should put that in the middle of the day instead, as an energy boost? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
