Teacher and business owner. Advice on balancing time.

I started my shop a year ago. I was only doing it part time as pop-ups so I did not have much commitment. I finally opened a store front in March & planned to open after school 2 times in the week and on the weekends. I did not know how much work was coming my way. COVID-19 happened and I was able to be a teacher from home (I am a PE and health teacher) so it was fairly easy to balance the two because I felt like I was doing 25% teaching and 75% business. Still I felt like I could give more to the business. Now school is about to start back up and I’m not sure what to do. This week I got a taste of what it would be like as I was in the school building all week doing training. Needless to say I was drained. I would have meetings after work as I am still learning many of the ins and outs of business and barely have time for myself. I would go to sleep at 1am and wake up for 7 for work. How do people do this? Work two full time jobs? I feel defeated and drained and want to quit my job so bad but I’m also scared. Right now I make about 2k in sales a month, that might not be enough to sustain myself. I also feel I dont make more because I dont have time to market well since I’m always working on keeping up with inventory and bookkeeping and tidying the shop etc.So any advice on what I should do or how I should balance the two. Thanks see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
