How to find viable startups as a tech leader?

I'm a systems engineer with ~15 years experience and I've tried for a while to build something on my own, but now realize I lack the sales/marketing/business/interpersonal/networking skills to really achieve it. Most of the stuff I see on Reddit are I-have-the-next-facebook-and-I-just-need-a-developer types... How do you find real, viable startups with experienced business leaders and ideas that are less silly, and more based in successful areas? In my previous corporate positions I usually land somewhere between dev and ops, I don't sit down and write code all day, but I can easily triage bugs in go/java/python/js/c/c++/c#/php and most of my focus has been in designing infrastructure surrounding a developer's code and then supporting it operationally/keeping everything running/responding to outages. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
