Just got my employee - how do I transition my focus to sales & marketing?

So I'm in my 3rd year of automotive detailing and have always done A-Z. I made my own wordpress website and handled SEO, social media, etc.​With that being said, I spread myself out very thin and only have the basics covered in almost all marketing aspects.With the addition of an employee to handle most of the actual physical work, how do I build on my existing marketing efforts? I used to run ig/fb/google ads but never had pixels set up, didn't retarget or anything, and wouldn't really evaluate the results.
