So my dad and a couple of his retired friends have decided to get into the frozen burger patty manufacturing business. It's pass the initial planing stages and they've already brought the factory site and machines (thought the machines are still in transit)As i'm currently jobless communications grad and know how to work most office programs, i'm roped in to help with minor paperwork for now.This may be presumptuous of me (given that i won't have any say in the big decisions) but what kind of tips could you all recommend for the business to flourish? it could be general or specific.
