Is my company worth anything?

I have a tiny (3 person) software development company that's been in business for 20+ years. Is it worth trying to sell it? Or should I just consider closing up shop if I can't keep it going? It's an S Corporation, it's fully functional, has a good reputation, a long list of happy clients, a good domain name. We lost our big, main steady client and I don't know how to get more; I'm the owner and president, but I'm a software engineer, not a business person. I'm considering just calling it quits, but I hate to tell my 2 employees that they have to find new jobs. They love working for me, and they've sacrificed greatly for the company, but I can't ask any more of them. I know that all the company needs is some biz-dev person with some ambition to take the reins, find some leads, and get the revenue coming in. I am the principle developer with all the experience and skills. Second employee is a junior level engineer, and then we have a bookkeeper office manager who has lots of energy and some sales experience, but no tech or serious biz-dev experience.Any advice, suggestions, opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
