Does anyone have evidence that Gary Vee actually invested in Twitter and Facebook?

I'm wondering if anyone here can help me, have been doing some research on Gary Vee and I have discovered a few inconsitencies, I'm sure I'm wrong so I need help!!!In my research found it interesting that he claimed to be an Angel Investor of Twitter in 2009, this is on his Linkedinand other sources. I found it strange that he would call himself and 'Angel' investor as Twitter was, in 2009, clearly an established company able to attract investment from institutions without the need for Angel Investors, for context this was the year Ashton Kutcher reached 1m subs, not the early days of witter. I wanted to dig deeper so I looked at the SEC filing for the Twitter IPO and couldn't find him listed as a shareholder. Additionally this official blog post from Twitter in 2009 shows that they only recieved funding from two institutions; Benchmark and Institutional Venture Partners in that year.Similarly with Facebook I could find no record of him having shareholdings in the SEC IPO forms.I'm sure he wouldn't lie about this but just found it odd, does anyone know if he invested through an institution? and if he did invest through an instution for Twitter, why does he call himself an 'Angel Investor'? Surely thay were well passed the "Angel" phase if they were attracting big Venture Capital firms like Bechmark and IVP? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
