How to get an audience for custom prints on t-shirts, hoodies, etc.?

Hi! so I know a lot of people do offer this service, and I have looked at their profiles and content. However I still am not sure how to get my first set of followers. I have an art account and it was relatively easy to build up a following by connecting with other artists on the platform. In this situation I am not so sure on how to go about getting a following to market my store. I don't see how following other print businesses will help improve my following because in the end they are the competition. I will be making a Pinterest account and an Instagram account, considering making a tik tok but not too sure. Any advice is appreciated thankyou! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
