I'm in the process of validating the market for a baked good product. If I end up making the product, I'll want to make it in bulk, package it and then I would much rather outsource baking the custom recipe rather than start a bakery myself. One potential challenge is that the baked good has specialty ingredients not normally found in a bakery. I'm wondering if others have any experience with this?
