How do you effectively reach instagram explore page and tiktok fyp ?

Often hashtags and quality content are what is advised to essentially "go viral" or have the algorithm suggest your page.However on my explore page in instagram, I'm seeing accounts that have a bunch of fake followers, pages liking other pages, poorly written details or shot photos/videos, or even simply ripping off stuff on the internet and posting it.Yet I can say they are highly successful whereby they eventually reach organic users like myself.It seems like no matter how good your content is, you minimally need a bunch of likes and followers to be "pushed", which makes it really demoralizing regarding the effort for the content. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
