We are planning to launch our delivery startup at the start of February, but are looking for advice on pre-launch etiquette/procedures. Our website works by having customers sign up with an account, and then they will be able to browse a list supermarkets that they can order groceries from, and we will have delivery drivers to fulfil these orders. Prior to our launch, we are looking to utilise Facebook ads to target local neighbourhoods so that we can secure initial signups prior to launch. Firstly, I would like some clarity if this is a good idea? Since our site does not officially launch until February, should we lock our store page until and give our initial customers a countdown until launch? What is the likelihood that they would even remember us in a few weeks time?Secondly, are Facebook ads a good outreach strategy? Are there any additional advice for our pre-launch procedure? Thanks. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
