Pooper scooping

Although not glamorous I currently do pooper scooping on the side of my 9-5. It is currently profitable and I would like to expand and hire people to do the work for me. I think becoming an LLC and getting a name, etc. would help me make a more “passive income”. Does anyone have any recommendations/advice on how to expand and maintain profitability?
