There is a market where I live for rental cars and because I live on a tiny island where people come to have a good time it’s like the ideal place to rent your car out.Here’s the thing I’m renting vehicles I purchase for 1 to 3k. Junkers that run. Call them island cars.I’m renting them out for less than the competition and there seems to be a LOT of people that come here and don’t give a shit what they r driving they just want a vehicle.I am skilled at dealing with people I worked customer service for a long time. I’ve also always been extremely empathetic and had the ability to read people through messages as well as conversations. I’m using this ability to search for solid people that will respect the vehicles. Because I have them reach out by email if they are no good I just skip them.Last part of my business model is I don’t check licensing or insurance. It’s super laid back. Give me cash I meet you at the airport and exchange vehicle.I’m going hard in the paint this year and my goal is to have 3 more vehicles by July to have 5 out total.I’m not really looking for advice I’m just excited because it’s working out really well so far.
