So I started a pressure washing business. We’re very new and it’s been a really slow start. I keep getting questions at the end of almost every job and that’s if I perform another service. Unfortunately I don’t provide that service but it has gotten me thinking that I should consider finding a contractor that does and subbing out the work. I don’t really have anyone to ask for guidance so I’m reaching out to reddit. My questions are how do you go about finding a quality contractor with values and performance that matches yours? What’s a reasonable percentage to ask for? How much should I be involved in the process? How do you know they are being honest about what they are billing the customer?Thank you guys in advance.
