Where to find a business coach?

I listen to a couple entrepreneur podcasts - namely; How I Built This by Guy Raz and Hack the Entrepreneur by Jon Nastor. In a lot of these podcasts, these really successful people even now have business coaches. How do people connect with and meet mentors/coaches? I'm on Bumble Bizz and everyone wants to be a mentor, but they have nothing to show for themselves. I don't like that - it seems they're always seeking more value than they bring. I have a $300k/year income from my biz, which is better than most people on low resistance networking mediums, but I still feel like theres more but I also feel like I need an experienced outsider to be my coach and guidance. Are these business coaches/mentors generally paid and from a management service or are they simply people that they've connected with and asked for coaching/mentorship?Edit: Word see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
