How do I cope with losing my friends as I grow?

I’m relatively small and growing at an average rate, and I already can see my some of my friends becoming envious and taking a dislike to me. It was planned that we would go out yesterday and they didn’t tell me the details but sent me the photo of them all together. He made up some shit excuse about how I was at the gym or so, but I know it’s the beginning of the end.
