I want to send short, time-sensitive investing alerts as a paid service, preferably not email. Is there an app that can do this?

I need something that charges users a monthly fee to subscribe, I send them the alert, and it can be set to an alert on their phones. Substack is pretty good, but only works over email which is hard to set up for push alerts and my userbase is young and doesn't use email. Twitter has been talking about paid subscriptions, which would be perfect but doesn't exist yet. I plan to have around 500-1000 subscribers. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
