Where can I post online to find local entrepreneurs for a business opportunity

I am starting a business but I need some help with it. The details of the business aren't necessary for this. I don't have the money to pay someone to be an employee and I really want a business partner to help me with it. I posted it on Indeed but they removed it and said that I have to post a job listing and creating business offers is against their terms. This was after I paid them 80 dollars. They never refunded me. Ziprecruiter said the same thing but I didn't pay them. I tried craigslist but they were charging me 35 dollars a day. After a whole week I got like 15 people who said they were interested but they all turned out to be people trying to sell me something. I took a shot in the dark and posted it on upwork but they said that this counts as an unpaid job and you can't post unpaid work.I wish there was a site where I can find likeminded people... locally. I'm not active on reddit but i know this sub exists but it isn't local. I tried posting it in the Atlanta subreddit but one person replied something like "we're in the middle of a pandemic and you're gonna ask people to work for free. that's pathetic" my post got negative karma in an hour and got buried. Maybe my approach is wrong and i need to work on that. I just wish there was a platform where I can find local entrepreneurs. Or maybe if there is one then I just don't know about it. Any suggestions? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
