Am I being ripped off? Been using my accountant for 2 years, paid them over $20k in the last 2 years. My recent invoice for $1400 includes a $187 charge for a 45-minute phone call and another $310 for "correspondence". Seems like they are nickel and diming constantly, should I change accountants?

I have(had) an online Amazon business and was making a lot of money prior to Covid, which proceeded to crush me. I have been dealing with my accountant for the PPP loans, but it just seems like they are charging me like crazy. When I moved to their firm, I was in a bit of a mess with my prior accountant. These accountants helped me get back on track, but over the course of the last 2 years, I've paid them over $20,000. I understand they need to be compensated for their time, but at some point, I feel like they shouldn't be charging me $62 to respond to an email, or $100's for a phone call after giving them my business and paying them well over $20k in the last 2 years.By the way, the 45-minute phone call was regarding payroll, where I was questioning their accounting decisions. I had been paying myself once per year but they never instructed me to pay myself anything in 2020 because my income wasn't high enough where I was profiting. But that almost screwed me because the 2nd PPP loan needed proof of payroll and I didn't have anything to show.Just kind of done paying them so much money. Seems every year their hourly rate goes up 10% and they are nickel and diming me at this point.
