What should I do with my local service tile business site that is getting a good amount of leads? I am not in the tile business.

I created a local tile installation business website servicing an area of around 7 million people. I am not in the tile business. The site is starting to take off. I originally created this site to sell the leads to my friend who is a tile installer but he cannot keep up with the work. I am looking for options on how I can monetize this or possibly sell the site to someone who can do more with it.It is getting around 7-10 leads per week (Probably more because I do not answer the phone calls). The jobs are typically high dollar amount. I have sent several $10k jobs to my buddy from leads gathered on my website. All jobs aren't this high but typically nothing less than $1000.Every day I am getting new quote requests and have nothing to do with them. I feel bad not only because I am missing out on money but I am ignoring their quote requests. The site really is a goldmine for the right person. Especially a tile installer that doesn't have a website. How could I monetize these leads I am generating? The site seems to be getting more and more busy.I would also be open to selling the website for the right price. If anyone is interested in purchasing please let me know. Or if you are able to sell it to someone I can offer a 10% commission. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
