I'm in the pressure washing industry . Have been for 18 years. Back in the old days we used to have to go out and do estimates in person. Then Google maps and Bing maps came along and we could do about 60% of our estimates over satellite imagery. Next method is to Google the address and hope a packet of photos of the property are posted on Zillow.com. This is the ultimate find .This alleviates us from from spending time driving to customer's houses to give estimates . Business model: Home owners are paid to upload a ton of photos of every part of their house . Inside, outside, basement attic , etc. These are always available online for contractors ( who have paid for the service of course) and the homeowner gives the contractor the access code for the packet of photos .( customer can generate a new access code to keep old contractors or creeps out of photos) Everyone's happy. Something to think about. I'm not interested in a business model such as this one. Good luck critiquing it. I know it's coming. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
