Basically I need a dev to make an online platform. B2B sort of mixture between requirements of Airbnb and fiverr. I’ve got no background in developing, I have a cofounder who’s a tech/data guy but doesn’t know about developing platforms. Would a web design agency be best or hiring someone off upwork / fiverr - for the latter two what garuntee do you have the final product is what you asked for (viable).
