Offering Pre-Launch Discounts for my local CBD/Hemp business

I'm starting my own CBD and Hemp based product line in 2 months, I would be distributing my products wholesale to local stores (Head Shops, Nutrition Stores, Gas Stations ETC). In order to gain some traction from business owners I was thinking about cold calling and going door to door offering a Pre-Launch pricing discount for my products for when I have my inventory stocked(after providing samples and if they like it) . In hindsight my only way of guaranteeing I won't run away with their money would be with a square contract or something as such . Just one of the ideas that popped up in my head somehow.
