How do entrepreneurs even find desire, ideas, motivation, confidence and sanity to start a business, hire people and have so much patience to start profiting?

I am 24 years old. This question bugs me and I get sad when I think of that!When people get the idea and from where?They are sitting at home, working for a bank/company or on a date and idea pops up in their head and they make a correct analysis. Then they start a business.How they have so much motivation, confidence and desire even before they are successful and rich?*I have seen it many times. How some people are confident, even if they are not hot shots or that good.Steve jobs movie showed, he was in control of everything. He was a visionary and knew everything.Bill gates had connections, high IQ and so much confidence. Started at 20, he was a born Millionaire and became billionaire after few years.Are they born like that?How they update themselves on accounting, tax laws, hiring people and lots of other choresFrom where such patience comes from?What drives them?Even if they are failing, they move onMany people I talked too, were not making profit for 5 to 6 years and some lived on wife's salary and what not.How they can be so much patient?
