I have a business idea with a relatively obvious unexplored niche and don’t know what to do?

I have a business idea but I have no idea how to grow. Should I focus on finding associates to help with the technology aspect of it? Or should finish packaging the idea and then try and find investors? How do I even find investors besides shark tank lol? Sorry to be so vague but since mine would be the first in this niche, I’m naturally hesitant. I know how to develop the basic technology part of the product, but I would need help with some of the more complex parts. So what should I start with first? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
