How do you find good freelancers for work?I hire people across the full spectrum of price ranges and 2/3 of the time they miss deadlines, drag the projects out, keep giving excuses, and simply do mediocre work.Is everyone trying to outsource their work to an even cheaper freelancer?How do you find high quality and reasonably priced freelancers?I need help on copywriting, research, design, etc.1) I ask for copywriting 1000 word article and I get billed for 6 hours for someone to deliver a page of keyword research and a list of every customer complaint on a bunch of random Amazon products to as inspiration for what they could write about. But they haven’t even started the article? Wtf!? Dispute2) I ask for copywriting 1000 word article and the person bills me 8hours or work and delivers a 1000 character article INCLUDING spaces. Wtf.
