disturb online commercial real estate giants

Hi All,I want to create an application/website that will basically provide an easy and non manipulated listing/search service for commercial real estate such as multi- families, mixed use storefronts, restaurants and offices/shared offices for lease and sale. Presuming the success of this, in the future, I’d like to incorporate additional search options for residential properties to make it a one stop shop for all real estate inquiries.Costar Group is dominating this market (commercial real estate) and they, I believe — just like Zillow group — manipulate the search results by controlling what will be showing and what not. I also feel like their search is not comprehensive and that its lacking a lot of functionality. Maybe they’re too big and confident that they don’t want to improve user experience anymore. They are also — like Zillow — hurting the market and real estate professionals by manipulating listings, Charge high fees and provide subpar service in exchange. They do not provide good value to the industry as a whole.I’d like to provide a simple non biased non manipulated app for users to find what they need when they need it. I also want to be helpful to real estate professionals who work hard and want to get better results for their hard work.Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about it? Does anyone with strong web and app building skills wanna partner up and make it happen?I have a background in real estate and sales and I’m a person with good ideas, drive and people skills that can make things happen.I believe it can be successful to the extent that it would result in a major IPO in 5-10 years, or a major purchase offer from Costar Group (which won’t be ideal but it’s a nice option).Your comments and thoughts are appreciated,Thank you all! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
