Wholesale price and logistics

Hello all. Looking for some guidance on wholesale pricing, MSRP, minimum order quantity etc. I sell liquid seaweed fertilizer in 1L, 5L and 20L bottles. My cost for the 1L bottles is $4.30 CAD and I sell retail on my website of $18.99, I priced competitive to market; we are between 1-4 dollars below competition. My cost of the 5L and 20L is $3.30.I am now contacting people regarding carrying the product in their retail space. It seems most expect 45-50% off the retail price, or “keystone pricing”. That would leave the retailer making more per bottle (not including their overhead of course) than we would. Is that normal ?I really do not want to raise my retail price on website.. but I suppose we could. Do I need an MSRP ? And should it match the retail price on my website, or can they price higher ! Should I include MSRP in wholesale agreement. Are wholesale agreements normally signed and dated ?I don’t want to scare retail buyers away with a shitty wholesale discount but I also don’t want to go under..Also… should I be doing tiered wholesale discounts; if yes, can anyone suggest minimum order quantities or quantities for tiered wholesale discount they think would be appropriate. The 1L bottles come boxed in 12 packs.Thank you everyone for any insight ! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
