I just launched a support services webapp for Creatives in the Media & Entertainment industry (i.e. VFX, Filmmaking, Post-Production, Game Design, Animation, etc.).It's a question/answer platform where Subscribers pay a monthly fee to gain access to vetted professionals who they can chat with, ask questions to, and get software support from. The Pros then get paid for each question they answer.The development/launch of this MVP was the fun part. I'm finding now that the "marketing" part is extremely difficult and, honestly, quite discouraging.Here are some questions I have:How do you market something with a limited budget?Where/How do you find the right (paying) customers?I've toyed with Reddit ads, Google ads, and Facebook ads.
