Help! I'm about to lose my business because I can't get supplies

A friend and I started a marine electrical repair company 2 years ago in BC, Canada. Surviving the beginning of the pandemic with our back up cash to keep up with the bills. The past 3 months we really got busy and it looked like we weathered the storm. Now, we can't get any parts for the boats we fix and we are running on fumes. Anyone have suggestions for a supplier or where to look/ask to set up a different supply chain for parts?I'm not sure this is the right place to ask, we're just desperate and I get a lot of good information from this subreddit... see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
