How would you make money off of the Olympics?

The 2032 Olympics have just been announced for my city (Brisbane), giving me 11 years to think about how I can make some money on an event that should (in theory) bring hundreds of thousands of people to town. There are the obvious options (AirBNB, ride-sharing), but are there any other suggestions? The issue I see is that the event is only 2 weeks long, so ideally any ideas would have a minimal capital expenditure. What would you do if to make some extra money if the Olympics were coming to your city? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
