Best photo editing policy for a small business?

Just recently looked through the terms and conditions of a photo editing app I had, and I noticed it said I can’t make more than 5000 units with a photo that I made from the photo editing app. Lead me to then question what app would have the best “terms and conditions” policy for small businesses.
