Container Co-Working/Living Space?

I can't seem to get this idea out of my head so I decided to ask you guys what you think.Buy a plot of land and drop containers on it. Add windows, central air, and basic furniture to the containers. A 40' container can be split into 2 8x20 private rooms, 4 8x10 rooms (minus walls inbetween of course), or just one open container. Each private "room" will have a small bed, desk and some other things brought with the tenant. They can choose to stay there as a "nano apartment" or simply a co-working space just to work. Rates could be competitive to a regular workspace as containers are relatively cheap. What do you guys think? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
