Just fyi. My brick and mortar store and the land it sits on is worth about $150,000So my step brother called today and decided because he couldn't get anyone to invest in his idea he would do it on his own. And wanted to know if i wanted to sell the building and the land. I really dont by if the price is right I'll sell you anything I own. He didn't want to pay cash, he wanted to trade. Now that go my attention. He has about 20 acres of wooded property that's prestine, never been mined or anything. I thought he was going to offer that and was all smiles.Nope, he went a different route. $5,000, a 1986 doge d100, 2 hunting rifles and 5% of a business I know will fail.
