Commercial bathroom cleaning business

Hello all! I have recently been trying to jumpstart a commercial bathroom cleaning business. I've tried cold calling to really no avail. Face to face doesn't yeild much either. So I'm thinking that it has more to do with my pitch than anything. I've never been a very good salesman.Most of my old clients I got through word of mouth. Unfortunately due to covid most of my old clients aren't in business any more. Any sales tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.My normal pitch is pretty much "I clean bathrooms, I do it better than any other janitorial company" it worked before but not so much now. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
