How do you switch off?

I currently work full time, run a business(partnered with a few other people) and building a couple of other businesses (they are very early stage yet).Things are going fine, progress is being made so I can't complain however I can't seem to switch off.My mind is continuously thinking of new ideas, next steps, issues to be fixed, improvements to be made etc etc. Im started to lose sleep (averaging 5 hours a day) where I'm only thinking of the above stuff when I eventually fall asleep and then instantly switching on when I wake up.Its starting to get tiring and with the tiredness, I'm started to feel like I'm procrastinating a lot now and not getting stuff done as quick as I did before.Even when I'm out with friends, family, dinner, gym etc, I'm just constantly thinking of business and constantly looking at my phone to do stuff/see updates etc.How do you stop and take a break every day or every so often?Any tips would be good, I'd like to get a bit of rest and feel less drained. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
