I need advice- my business partner moved out of state but refuses to resign her stake in the company

i’ll try to keep this short and simple.i started a company (LLC) with my friend a year ago. we have had several issues arise because of her lack of involvement in the company, i tried to get her to sign over the company but she refused, this was early in the business.Fast forward to now, she decided to move out of state, has not been involved for 3 months, and still refuses to sign over the company.She is in breach of her contract, i have everything in order on my end with proof of her negligence. I think she refuses to sign because she just doesn’t want me to have full ownership.I created the brand, the website, run the instagram, manage the finances, manage the clients and she does absolutely nothing.Lesson learned. Never go into business with a friend, especially one that absolute no understanding of business. Clearly we will no longer be friends after this.What else can i do? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
