Becoming a freelance PA - a dream?!

Has anyone done this successfully?I’m in my late twenties and have been a PA at various companies over the past 3 years in both Australia and the UK - mostly law firms. I also have a degree for what it’s worth.I know the virtual PA business has probably boomed due to Covid and the increase in remote working, but I feel I have the right skills to work as a freelance PA so I’m hoping the market isn’t oversaturated just yet.My main concerns are around finding clients (obviously!), and understanding the pitfalls of the freelance world. Does anyone have any recommendations on how I might go about doing this? Marketing and selling myself is probably my biggest weakness which probably isn’t a great place to start. I’d be embarrassed to go full pelt and create a website to network etc. just to fall flat on my face.I suppose I’m looking for some success stories (or a heavy dose of reality!). If anyone has any useful websites/guidance for advertising freelance work that would be handy! Thanks see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
