Hello,I'm working on a project for a few months now. I've do the market research, some user forms, I've make severals prototype to find what users wanted, I've developed an MVP that is currently being beta-beta-tested by a very few users (to find the more blocking bugs for users).I planed to upgrade a bit the MVP (so the user experience isn't a pain) before releasing it in a wider beta-test (like 25/30 beta-testers).Just so you know : my target niche is a small niche, that's why I'm not talking about 400 beta-testers.My problem now, or the thing that is blocking me, is that I've been approached by a potential customer, but not the one I thought about. My solution is aimed to be B2C, and I've been approached by an entity that would push my solution to be B2B2C.[I'm building a SaaS platform to help farmers manage their investments]What should I do ? Or, what would you do ?Focus on the beta-test with real users, that will be real customersFocus on the B2B2C customerFor now, I've just been approach by someone that told me "They working on this kind of problem, they really need a solution like the one you're building, they're ready to pay, I can organise a call with the CEO".This is my first experience building a startup, and this is my first experience with a potential costumer (I'm a tech dude). Thanks for the help see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
