
Hey guys, not sure if this is the right term or right place for this question.I'm wondering how you guys keep track of the leads you generate for your clients that convert (online) and if any of you have experienced dishonest clients claiming that your services (marketing or webdesign) are ineffective.I'm basically trying to find a way to create a paper trail for our services. Do forms get CC'd to your agency? is that unethical or not best practice? What if I get customers to sign up for appointments, but the client does a bad job closing in person (or closes and says that our services don't work)To the last one, I'd thin that they can cancel our service and they'd lose the traffic I guess, so they wouldn't do that... but I'd still like to think of other angles. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
