Looking for anyone else in the lash business or just helpful entrepreneurs in general! I have my own business selling strip lashes. I have my own website set up through Shopify and an instagram page. I’m trying to really get on top of this PR/Ambassador thing, it’s extremely important to me (because PROMOTION👏🏻) but I’m not sure how to go about a few things. I currently have 5 ambassadors who I’ve sent 2 free pairs of lashes to each this past month and they have been promoting them wonderfully. But that’s about as far as I’ve gotten with it! I want them to stick around so I’ve been trying to decide on how to go about discount/promo codes and what I should be providing my ambassadors in return for promoting my products.What do you personally do or what are your thoughts on:-How much of a personal discount to give my ambassadors if they ever want to buy from my site? (And do I create one general code to give to all of them to use or separate codes?) -How much of a discount should my ambassadors promo codes be for that they give out to their followers? And should I set these up as one time use discount codes on Shopify or make it where their followers can use their code every time they purchase? -Should I be sending free lashes and supplies to my ambassadors monthly or more/less often? -Do you (or have you ever thought of) using an app that pays ambassadors a certain percent of each sale that’s made using their code? Or is that just something to think about down the line?I’ve had in my head I’ll send my PR’s 2 free pairs of lashes a month, give them promo codes for 10% off to give their followers, and give them all a code to use for 20% off themselves whenever they want to purchase. But I’m not sure if all that sounds good, especially if I have sales for 20% off often.
